I thought I'd give you a little idea on my background. I spent several years of my early work life doing all sorts of jobs. I got certified as an International Interpreter and Translator and worked for different companies and NGOs. Later my journey started to take a different shape when I started humanitarian work with Organizations like the International Organization for Migration - IOM, and United Nations High Commission for Refugees - UNHCR. I had the privilege of working in unique conditions, though some were harsh, but they reveal to us aspects of life and society, not often witnessed in most common places.

I was exposed to so many cultures, and international environments and places in the world which fuelled my curiosity in human nature, well-being and the philosophy of life. I went on to educate myself and studied Coexistence and Conflict Resolution and Sustainable Development in Boston, USA.

Shortly after I moved to Sweden and started to work more in depth in development, education, and non-governmental organizations. Collaborating with Rise Research Institutes of Sweden, The Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency - SIDA, The United Nations Association of Sweden - UNA and others.

In addition, I spent few years developing educational tools including a board game that teaches conflict and conflict resolution, human rights, social dynamics, mediation and negotiation. Later on, this educational tool was displayed and conducted in several conferences and public events.

In relation to that, I worked on designing workshops and lectures and working with different groups and organizations on topics such as Integration, radicalization and extremism, aggression and abuse, corruption, bullying off and online and many other, through lectures and workshops and appearing in conferences.

On another hand, I worked in children and youth education and development in schools. I also worked as a teacher and an assistant to children with challenges such as Autism, ADHD, Asperger, learning difficulties, and other needs.

The common thread in everything I do, is people. My natural tendencies, my education and my broad experience pushes me to work more with individuals and groups.

This is just a quick overview to highlight some stops along the way and there is more to tell, but perhaps, another time. I have been very lucky to have people find me, trust me and work with me. I learned from each one of them, and now, it has become a growing community. In fact, a couple of them. All I wish for is for this community to become bigger and more connected.
