Music as a Cathartic Process

Music has always played a part in my personal development and in overcoming adversity.

I loved music ever since I can remember, and I started by learning the drums as a child. I was fascinated by the ability to exert so much energy and power, and I definitely felt happiest tinkering around music instruments.

I found my expression with the electric guitar, and as I grew my music taste evolved from oriental music, world music, to heavy metal and progressive music.

Today, I find myself a part of a great community and most importantly, I continue to develop and collaborate with musicians. Music has been a saviour in my life. I use music in my approaches to healing and developing.

Today. I am privileged to have the chance to work with amazing artist as a counselor. Not only we work on mental health and stress management. But we work on creative process and unlocking ones potential through vulnerability; a gateway into more creativity and connectedness.
